Naheed Akhtar - Batley Law

Naheed joined Batley Law Solicitors in May 2023 as an Immigration Consultant and specialises in Business Immigration.

Handling complex immigration matters for individuals and corporations, she is extremely passionate about this area of law and has achieved excellent results for her clients. Naheed can assist in all aspects of sponsor licence applications and management, visa application
processing, immigration compliance, auditing, training and challenging enforcement action.

Background, experience and education

Naheed has held the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation as a Senior Caseworker (Level 2) since 2013 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2020. She is an experienced Senior Immigration Solicitor, who specialises in handling complex immigration matters for individuals and corporation. Naheed is extremely passionate about this area of law and has achieved excellent results for her clients.

Naheed previously worked for Aventus Law Solicitors and Chatham Chambers Solicitors as a Partner and prior to that, worked for Duncan Lewis Solicitors.
